Lodeminting Scam Warning: AI Trading and Profit Calculator Trap

Lodeminting is a website presented as an "AI-powered digital trading platform" whose home page shows visitors how much they would earn with a monthly profit calculator. Australia's ASIC has warned about lodeminting.com for unauthorised activity; the domain had been registered only two weeks before the warning.

In short: Lodeminting is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). It is a scheme that builds trust with a profit calculator, inflated user numbers and well-known company logos, then steers the user to invest over the phone. Legal routes are open for these payments.

🚩 From the Profit Calculator to a Phone Call

When a visitor enters an amount into the calculator, an "estimated future balance" appears and the visitor is directed to a registration form. On sites of this kind the form details are passed to a call centre; the representative who calls says the robot earns money in forex, crypto and share CFDs and asks for a first investment. In its decision of 25.06.2025, Docket No. 2025/2539 E. – Decision No. 2025/7914 K., the 11th Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation held that collecting money under the appearance of an investment of this kind is qualified fraud.

🔍 Trust Elements Found on the Site

  • Claims of "over four million traders" and "most assets held in cold wallets", which do not fit a domain only a few days old.
  • TradingView and Coinbase logos under the heading "Trusted by"; no connection with these companies has been identified.
  • The domain was registered on 8 October 2026. The name Lodeminting does not appear on the SPK list of authorised institutions.

🧩 Entry Amount, Payment Methods and "Broker Matching"

The Lodeminting home page carries a campaign banner that ties registration to urgency: the entry amount is shown as normally 1,000 and is presented as reduced to 250 through a "special offer" with a countdown timer, next to a "registrations are currently limited" notice. This scheme aims to make the visitor fill in the form without researching the platform.

  • Payment methods: the site says it accepts payment by card, bank transfer, digital wallet and cryptocurrency. Offering several payment channels makes the trail harder to follow once the money is spread across various accounts.
  • Broker matching: according to the text at the bottom of the page, the site automatically matches the user with an intermediary firm from a "partner broker network"; however, the name of this firm, its licence, or who holds the customer's money is stated nowhere. This supports our finding that form details are passed to a call centre.
  • Product range: forex, CFDs, shares, commodities and precious metals are listed, while the claims of an "85% hit rate" and "over 10 years of proven results" do not fit a domain registered in October 2026.
  • Imitation warning: the site warns visitors about fake sites using its own name. This is also a pattern often used on such sites to generate trust.
