Qikap Scam Warning: AI Crypto Trading Bot Flagged by FCA

Qikap presents itself as a "crypto-based AI trading" platform and tells users they can trade with almost zero risk. The UK financial regulator, the FCA, published an unauthorised firm warning for qikap.com on 5 November 2026.

In short: Qikap is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The "risk-free AI bot" promise is a well-known story used to collect crypto investments. Tracing crypto sent to the platform and claiming it back is legally possible.

🔍 Contact Traces Linked to Qikap

  • Domain: qikap.com was registered in its current form in March 2026; the address previously belonged to another user.
  • Instagram: the qikap_ai account is also listed in the FCA warning.
  • Email: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected], which does not match the brand name.
  • Address: the FCA entry lists an address in York (Greystones Court, Towthorpe Lane); addresses of this kind are often for appearance only.

🚩 How Does the "Risk-Free Bot" Promise Work?

In schemes of this kind the user is asked to send a crypto asset such as USDT. The AI bot is said to be doing "arbitrage", and the dashboard shows a balance that grows every day. When a withdrawal is requested, payments such as a network fee, a tax or an account-level upgrade appear. Adverts and messages arriving through Instagram are the door that leads people straight to this dashboard.

🧭 The Legal Process

Schemes run through the internet and software are assessed as qualified fraud under Article 158 of the Turkish Penal Code, which covers fraud committed with the use of information systems as a tool. For crypto transfers, the basis of the process is tracing the wallet trail and identifying the exchange the money was moved toTR.
