Trust Vallet Fake Crypto Wallet Scam: Balance Cannot Be Withdrawn

Trust Vallet, whose name at first glance recalls a well-known crypto wallet, operates as a site that shows its user a dollar balance growing every day. The balance is built up for about a month; the moment a withdrawal is requested, the door closes.

In short: Trust Vallet is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The balance growing on the panel is closed to withdrawal through endless document requests and is finally reset to zero. Legal routes exist for claiming back money sent to this scheme.

🚩 Why Can the Balance Not Be Withdrawn?

  • The account is shown as if a high dollar balance had built up within a short time.
  • Every withdrawal request is answered with a new document demand; even when the documents are completed, no approval comes.
  • As the process drags on, the balance is reset to zero without explanation and access to the account is cut off.

On sites of this kind, the document loop is a delay designed to keep the user waiting and to obtain a new investment or a "verification fee". The profit shown on screen is not backed by any real asset.

🔍 The Look-Alike Name and the Domain

Writing "Vallet" instead of "Wallet" is a deliberate play on letters meant to be confused with the known wallet app in searches. The real Trust Wallet has no connection whatsoever with Trust Vallet. The domain trustvallet.com was bought in 2021 through Namecheap and the site cannot be reached today; the operation can continue by changing addresses. Trust Vallet is not authorised by SPK (SPK list of authorised institutions); schemes of this kind, in which computer systems are used as a tool, are assessed under Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code. Before using any platform, check whether it is authorised by the regulator in your own country (for example the FCA, ASIC or SEC).

We have previously covered other sites that carry a wallet name and close the balance to withdrawal.

🧭 The Legal Process for Victims

  1. First, the path a victim follows is clarified.
  2. Crypto transfers are traced through following the money transferred to an exchangeTR.
  3. The case is taken into an investigation through the criminal complaint process.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is Trust Vallet part of the Trust Wallet app?

No. Trust Wallet is an independent wallet app; it has no connection with the site operating under the name Trust Vallet.

If I complete the requested documents, will the withdrawal be approved?

In this scheme the document requests are used not to complete the withdrawal but to prolong the process.

Why was my balance reset?

The balance shown on the panel is a figure controlled by the site's operators; because it rests on no real asset, it can be deleted unilaterally.
