Fundverse Scam Warning: USDT Forex Deposits, Refunds Refused

Fundverse is a platform that promises quick gains from forex trading and accepts investments in USDT. In the first days the profit on the account screen grows, but requests to withdraw the principal are left unprocessed for weeks and the refund request is finally turned down. New reports received in October 2026 show that the same team is also linked to a Web3 token panel called lyriona.com.
🚩 How Does Fundverse Operate?
The investor is asked to send USDT instead of making a bank transfer, so the transfer cannot be recalled. The panel then shows earnings said to come from forex trades. There is no data showing that these figures rest on any real market transaction.
- Payment is accepted only in cryptocurrency (USDT).
- The investor's trust is won by showing a quick profit on the account in the first week.
- A withdrawal request is first left unanswered; when the investor insists, the refund is openly refused.
- People around the investor who paid in by the same route cannot reach their principal either.
📅 Waves of Reports and the Stages of the Scheme
User reports came in two separate waves. At the end of September 2026, people who invested in USDT said they had been persuaded by fake trading profits and had received no payment for about two weeks after trying to withdraw their principal. At the end of October 2026, it was reported that the repayment of an investment that started with a promise of high profit was this time openly refused; the move from the stalling stage to the refusal stage suggests that the operation no longer sees any need even to delay withdrawal requests.
- Promise: A promise of high gains in a short time from forex trading.
- Collection: A USDT transfer that cannot be recalled.
- Trust screen: Profit growing on the panel in the first week.
- Lock: The withdrawal request is stalled, then the refund is refused.
🌐 Lyriona: The Token Panel Linked to the Same Team
In victim statements it is claimed that the team running Fundverse also operates a second structure called "Web3 Token Platform" at lyriona.com. The public face of the site consists only of a login and registration screen: there is no token name, team, company name or contact information; on the other hand, there are wallet connection options with MetaMask, TokenPocket and WalletConnect, and an invitation (referral) code field in the registration form.
The move from a forex panel to a token panel is a common name-and-product change in structures of this kind: when the forex promise wears thin, a "new project" is offered to the same audience, while the invitation code pushes existing investors to bring in new people. Like Fundverse, Lyriona is not authorised by the SPK.
🔍 A Note on Name Confusion
The name Fundverse is also associated with a different start-up platform that brings entrepreneurs and investors together and provides no forex service; that business has no connection with these reports. The operation that collects USDT with a forex promise, however, offers no transparent company information, does not clearly show even its own domain name to those who report it, and is not authorised by the SPK. The current position can be verified on the SPK list of authorised institutions.
Article 109 of Capital Markets Law defines unauthorised capital markets activity as a criminal offence.
🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Scheme
Operations that collect money in a stablecoin, lock withdrawals and then move to a token project are nothing new. We have covered before the platforms that followed similar steps:
- KCEX: frozen withdrawals in crypto investmentTR
- NeoFX: showing forex profit while holding back the principal
- Qprotrade: a mixed forex and crypto panelTR
- Web3 Blockchain: a forex promise presented under a Web3 coverTR
- Forex money transferred to a crypto exchangeTR
🧭 How Does the Legal Process Unfold?
- The criminal complaint stage and the entry of transfer records into the case
- Asset investigationTR through crypto wallet movements
- A claim for the return of the money through criminal and civil routes
